Friendly and helpful staff made me feel welcome.
The wifi was unreliable in my room, forcing me to venture to the lobby for a decent connection. I felt unsafe walking back at night due to the rough surroundings. Additionally, the pillows were incredibly hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Comforting Stay with a Few Hiccups
The handmade pasta at the onsite restaurant was unforgettable! However, I struggled with inconsistent hot water in our room. The mechanical noise from the elevator was distracting, making it hard to fall asleep. Consider a room higher up if you’re sensitive to sounds.

Oh man, the handmade pasta at Pasta e Basta hit the spot! And don’t even get me started on the tamales at the hotel café—perfect start to the day. The staff were super helpful, arranging everything from airport transfers to advice on local attractions. Makes you feel right at home!
As others have said, that elevator can be a bit noisy, but didn’t bother me too much. Just maybe get a room higher up if you're a light sleeper. And yeah, the coffee was a letdown—tasted more like cardboard than the amazing brews Colombia is known for.

I spent one night at Museo San Moritz. The room I had was spacious with unique artwork that added a nice touch. Breakfast was a real treat, especially the tamales which kicked off my day perfectly. The location is great and near many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were really accommodating and helped with transportation very smoothly. However, there were issues with having inconsistent hot water. Sometimes there were only a couple of minutes of hot water available, which was quite frustrating, especially at night. The elevator was noisy, too, which might be bothersome for light sleepers. Still, the overall vibe of the place made it enjoyable.
